After breakfast, the journey continues west towards the Kopetdag Mountains, beginning with a visit to Kow-Ata Cave. Guests can enjoy an optional swim in the underground hydrogen sulfide thermal spring, located 55 meters below ground, with a water temperature of approximately +37°C. The tour then continues with a scenic drive through the mountainous Nohur region along winding mountain roads. In Nohur, guests will discover the local community and its ancient traditions, explore the area, and enjoy a homemade lunch with a local mountain family. They will also take part in a masterclass on baking traditional Turkmen flatbread, known as chorek, in a traditional tandyr oven. Afterwards, the group returns to Ashgabat for some free time to relax. In the evening, guests will enjoy a walk through the illuminated city followed by a light dinner.
